Prepared food and beverage orders placed through the Deloulou Cafe website are available for pickup only at:

Available pickup times are shown during checkout and may vary based on café hours, item availability, order volume, and staffing.
Preparation Times
Any preparation time displayed during checkout is an estimate rather than a guaranteed completion time.
Orders may take longer during:
- Peak service periods
- Large order volumes
- Equipment interruptions
- Severe weather
- Staffing shortages
- Special events
- Unexpected closures
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.
Ready Notifications
When available, customers will receive an email, text message, or website notification when an order is ready.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and monitoring order updates.
Collecting an Order
Please provide the customer name or order number when collecting an order.
Orders may be released to another person who provides the correct name or order information. Deloulou Cafe is not responsible for orders collected by someone who was given the customer’s pickup details.
Late Pickup
Prepared items are made according to the selected or estimated pickup time.
We cannot guarantee the temperature, texture, appearance, or overall quality of an order collected late. Late pickup does not qualify an order for a refund or remake.
Orders that remain unclaimed for more than [60 minutes] may be discarded.
Delivery
Deloulou Cafe does not currently offer local delivery.
Shipping
Prepared food and beverages are not shipped.
At this time, Deloulou Cafe does not offer postal shipping through the website. Any future merchandise or packaged-product shipping terms will be disclosed before checkout.
