Handmade drinks may vary slightly in appearance
Ingredients and recipes may change
Seasonal and limited items may sell out
Digital screen colors may not precisely represent a product
Pricing or menu errors may occasionally occur

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change prices, or discontinue menu items without prior notice.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We may reject, limit, or cancel an order because of:

Pricing or menu errors

Severe weather or emergency closures

5. Pickup Orders

Online orders must be collected from the pickup location shown during checkout.

Selecting or reviewing the pickup time

Arriving within a reasonable period after the order is ready
Confirming the name or order information at pickup

Pickup estimates are not guaranteed. Unexpected order volume, staffing issues, equipment problems, or other circumstances may cause delays.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel an order must be made before preparation begins.

Once preparation has started, the order cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded except when Deloulou Cafe made an error or applicable law requires otherwise.

7. Customizations

Customers are responsible for reviewing all drink and food selections before checkout.

Customizations may include:

Hot or iced preparation
Milk selection
Flavor selection
Sweetness
Espresso additions
Ingredient omissions
Quantity

We will prepare the order according to the selections received through the website.

Special instructions are requests only. We cannot guarantee that every special instruction can be fulfilled.

8. Food Allergies and Dietary Requests

Deloulou Cafe prepares products in an environment where milk, tree nuts, wheat, soy, eggs, sesame, peanuts, and other allergens may be present.

Although we take reasonable care when preparing orders, we cannot guarantee that any drink, food item, utensil, surface, blender, pitcher, frothing wand, or piece of equipment is completely free from allergen cross-contact.

Customers with food allergies, intolerances, celiac disease, or other dietary concerns should speak directly with a team member before ordering.

Milk alternatives do not make a beverage allergen-free. For example, almond milk contains tree nuts, and products from suppliers may contain or be processed with other allergens.

Ingredient and allergen information is available upon request to the extent it has been provided by our suppliers.

9. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, fees, optional tips, and other charges will be shown during checkout.

Payment must be authorized before an order is accepted. We may use third-party payment processors to complete transactions.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

10. Tips

Tips are voluntary unless clearly identified otherwise during checkout.

Tips are distributed according to Deloulou Cafe’s internal compensation practices and applicable law.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes:

May be limited to one use per customer

Have no cash value

Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

12. Gift Cards

Gift cards may be used only for eligible purchases from Deloulou Cafe.

Gift cards:

Additional gift-card terms may be displayed at the time of purchase.

The Deloulou Cafe name, logo, graphics, illustrations, photographs, menu names, website design, written content, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to Deloulou Cafe.
